Egis Pharmaceuticals chooses Trueblue for an international project to standardize its commercial CRM on Microsoft technology
Egis Pharmaceuticals PLC, an international pharmaceutical group with a strong presence across Europe, has selected Trueblue as its partner for an international project aimed at standardizing and unifying its global commercial CRM processes.
The initiative is part of Egis’ broader evolution of its commercial operating model and addresses the need to operate in a consistent and well-governed manner within a highly regulated, multi-country environment. The project is designed to establish a shared CRM foundation for local subsidiaries and representative offices, supporting process alignment across markets while ensuring scalability and data governance.
Within the project, Trueblue is responsible for defining and implementing the CRM model, bringing together technological expertise and deep knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial processes. The initiative includes process design, support for platform adoption, and the integration of advanced capabilities, including analytics, artificial intelligence, and mobile-first solutions.
The platform is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure, selected to ensure enterprise-grade security, infrastructure reliability, and international scalability. The collaboration follows a partner ecosystem approach, with Microsoft acting as the technological enabler of the CRM platform.
“The project stems from the need to strengthen consistency and governance across our commercial processes in the markets where we operate,” commented Andrea Purmann-Nemeth, Head of Promotional Excellence at Egis Pharmaceuticals. “Working with Trueblue and Microsoft allows us to build a solid and scalable CRM foundation, aligned with the needs of an international pharmaceutical organization and designed to support compliance with regulatory requirements.”
Through this approach, Egis can benefit from a single, consistent view of HCPs and HCOs across markets, harmonize commercial and marketing activities among subsidiaries and representative offices, and reinforce compliance management, including GDPR, consent management, and data residency requirements. Centralized, real-time insights further support improved decision-making at an international level.
“Being selected by Egis Pharmaceuticals represents an important recognition of Trueblue’s experience in pharmaceutical CRM on Microsoft technology,” said Sergio Romoli, General Manager at Trueblue. “We are supporting Egis in a journey focused on standardization, data governance, and adoption—key elements for the evolution of commercial models in the European pharmaceutical industry.”
The project further strengthens Trueblue’s positioning as a reference partner for pharmaceutical CRM on Microsoft technology and provides a solid foundation for the future evolution of Egis Pharmaceuticals’ commercial model.
