3) Purpose and legal foundation for the processing of personal data:

Data you provide us in the “Contact Us” area of website (the “website“) will be used for the following purposes:

a. respond to your report or request for information.

The processing of your personal data for this purpose is necessary in order to manage your report or request for information and does not require your consent pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation.

Furthermore, subject to your specific consent, your data will be processed to:

Where you have consented to the analysis of preferences (see point c below), communications may be tailored to your interests and preferences.

The processing of data for purposes b and c is optional and requires your consent (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation). 4) Mandatory and optional data:

Data marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and without it it will not be possible to send your request or report. Failure to provide other data does not imply any consequence.

In the “Contact us” area you are free to describe your requests for information or needs but we ask you not to indicate data referring to your particularly intimate and private situations (e.g. your state of health, religious orientation, etc.).

5) Methods of personal data processing:

Your data will be processed mainly by computer to manage your request and to be able to contact you again.

Data will be processed in compliance with current legislation and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality and prevent unauthorized disclosure or use, alteration or destruction.

6) Retention period of personal data:

Your data will be processed for the time necessary to handle your request correctly and will be kept to enable us to improve our service. In particular, your data will be kept for a maximum of two (2) years and then will be destroyed or stored in anonymous or aggregate form. If you have consented to the receipt of our marketing communications and the analysis of your preferences, your data will be processed for the entire duration of your subscription to this service, or – in any case – until your consent is revoked (which may be requested at any time as better specified in this notice).

For the purpose of managing your report/request, your data will not be disseminated and may come to the knowledge (limited to their respective areas of competence) of the persons authorized to process your data belonging to the Administrative, Commercial, Marketing and other internal Divisions who will be able to meet your request, as well as the companies that provide maintenance and management services for our Website and services instrumental to marketing activities (e.g. suppliers of platforms for sending commercial communications) and analysis (e.g. suppliers of dedicated software). Where necessary, the Company has appointed the recipients of your personal data as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation. 8) Rights of the data subject:

By means of a notice to be sent to the e-mail address you may exercise your rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulations, including, in summary, those of:

  • Obtain confirmation whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed;
  • Obtain access to your personal data and the information indicated in art. 15 of the Regulation;
  • Obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay or the integration of incomplete personal data;
  • Obtain the deletion of personal data concerning you without undue delay;
  • Obtain the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning you;
  • Be informed of any rectification, deletion or restriction of processing carried out in relation to personal data concerning you;
  • Receive personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format
