The undersigned Trueblue S.p.a., with registered office in Viale del Lavoro 33, 37135 Verona – Italy, F.C. and VAT no. 03258370232 (hereinafter also referred to as “Trueblue” or the “Company“), in its capacity as Data Controller of personal data processing, hereby intends to inform users visiting the website www.truebluecorp.com (hereinafter the “Website“) of the policy adopted for the protection of personal data, underlining its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of its customers and visitors to the website.

Navigation within the website is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of certain pages in which the user may freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him/her to access specifically identified services (e.g. the “Contact Us” section). Therefore, if the visitor intends to provide his/her personal data to access such further services, he/she will be expressly informed pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 – General Regulation on Data Protection, with an indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of use of data by Trueblue, as well as the right to request the cancellation or updating of data at any time.

1)  Information on data protection

Pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the “Regulation“), Trueblue provides the following information.

3) Type of personal data subject to processing

No registration is required to access the website. However, services may be provided within the website for the use of which it is necessary to provide your data (e.g. your data may be required to access the Newsletter services, to contact us, to apply for an open position, etc.).

In case Trueblue acquires information and personal data it will inform users in advance, according to art.13 of the Regulations, of the purposes for which such data are requested and of the ways in which they will be used, and – where necessary – it will acquire the user’s consent to the related data use. Trueblue will use the personal data collected online only for the purposes indicated in the individual notices.

4) Purpose and legal foundation of the processing of personal data.

Data provided by you is collected and processed by Trueblue S.p.a. for purposes strictly related to the use of the website and its services. The purposes of data use are indicated in detail in the specific information provided by the Website when personal data is collected. Unless otherwise specified, your data will be processed in accordance with art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulations in order to manage the use of the services requested through the website and to respond to your requests.

5) Optional provision of personal data.

The provision of Personal Data is generally optional. Only in certain cases the failure to provide data may prevent Trueblue from allowing access to the services of the website or from responding to users’ requests.

6) Methods and processing of personal data.

Data may be processed both electronically and on paper. Trueblue guarantees the lawful and correct treatment of the personal data provided through the website, in full compliance with the regulations in force, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided during registration. All the information collected is transmitted in a secured connection in order to prevent its interception by third parties.

7) Categories of persons to whom data may be communicated.

Your data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information notice provided to the user on each occasion and subject to his/her authorization. The data will be processed by Trueblue S.p.a.’s staff expressly authorized to manage it.

For exclusively organizational and functional needs, we have appointed some service providers strictly connected or instrumental to the management of the website as external data controllers for the processing of users’ personal data for purposes strictly connected and related to the provision of the services provided. 8) Retention period of personal data

Your data will be processed for the times specified in the specific notices provided at the time of collection.

The data relating to connection and navigation within the website (such as the addresses in URI-Uniform Resource Identifier notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the website: with the exclusion of this case, the data will be deleted after the time needed to provide the services illustrated on the website.

9) Rights of the data subject.

By writing an e-mail to privacy@truebluecorp.com, you will be able to exercise your rights against the Data Controller at any time, pursuant to articles 15 and following of the Regulations, including:

• Obtain confirmation whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed;
• Obtain access to your personal data and the information indicated in art. 15 of the Regulation;
• Obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay or the integration of incomplete personal data;
• Obtain the deletion of personal data concerning you without undue delay;
• Obtain the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning you;
• Be informed of any rectification, deletion or restriction of processing carried out in relation to personal data concerning you;
• Receive personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
• Refuse at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, the processing of personal data concerning you.

10) Complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the provisions set out in the Regulation, you may always raise a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the Data Protection Authority of the country in which you usually reside or work or of the place where the alleged breach has occurred.

12) Applicable law

This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016 which guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out with respect for fundamental rights and freedoms and the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

13) Revision clause

Trueblue reserves the right to review, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any way and/or at any time, without prior notice, this Privacy Policy, as well as the other information and communications contained in this website, also in consideration of changes in law or regulations regarding the protection of personal data. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified to users on the Home Page of the website as soon as they are adopted and will be binding as soon as they are published on the website in this same section. We therefore ask you to regularly access this section to check the publication of the most recent and updated Privacy Policy.
