Power Platform Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to join our team and take a leadership role in driving the implementation of new features and customizations for AiDEA implementation project, our groundbreaking product based on Microsoft Power Platform. As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in guiding the technical direction of the implementation projects and ensuring its successful delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the architecture of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to meet the unique needs of our clients
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional implementation team, including developers, data engineers, and consultants
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers and clients to gather and refine requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives
• Oversee the customization and configuration of AiDEA using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions

• Define and implement integration strategies for AiDEA, connecting it with various data sources, third-party applications, and services
• Establish best practices for testing, quality assurance, and performance optimization to ensure the reliability and efficiency of solutions
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices
• Engage with clients to present technical solutions, address questions and concerns, and build strong working relationships
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in Power Platform technologies and advise on innovative solutions to enhance AiDEA

QUALIFICATIONS & TECH SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform
• Extensive expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform connectors, flows, and custom connectors
• Experience in customizing and configuring Powe Platform solutions, Dynamics 365 CE, or other Microsoft 365 services is a plus
• Proven experience in ETL integration / Data Migration / Data Management solutions inside Power Platform of Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Power Platform solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of .net with a focus on C#, Javascript, Git.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps processes and Tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in English is required
