ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Giving advice on the correct use/configuration of the applications
- Managing the customer/Company communication in relation to the Customer Support Service
- Checking and monitoring the provided support levels
- Editing and updating internal and external documentation
- Receiving, analysing and managing the perfective changes requested by the client after their release
- Possibly delivering training to customers about Trueblue’s systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in customer management in the consulting and post-sales field
- Experience in team work
- Autonomy in the organization of work according to priorities
- Orientation to individual and team results
- Ability to analyse and understand requests and assigned activities
- Communication, management and information sharing skills
- Use of computer tools, such as: PC/iPad/tablet, Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of English at C1 level
THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE:
- Knowledge of a further foreign language among German, French and Spanish will be a plus
- Knowledge and use of web conferencing tools
- Knowledge and use of ticketing systems
