Support Assistant

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Giving advice on the correct use/configuration of the applications
  • Managing the customer/Company communication in relation to the Customer Support Service
  • Checking and monitoring the provided support levels
  • Editing and updating internal and external documentation
  • Receiving, analysing and managing the perfective changes requested by the client after their release
  • Possibly delivering training to customers about Trueblue’s systems

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in customer management in the consulting and post-sales field
  • Experience in team work
  • Autonomy in the organization of work according to priorities
  • Orientation to individual and team results
  • Ability to analyse and understand requests and assigned activities
  • Communication, management and information sharing skills
  • Use of computer tools, such as: PC/iPad/tablet, Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of English at C1 level

THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE:

  • Knowledge of a further foreign language among German, French and Spanish will be a plus
  • Knowledge and use of web conferencing tools
  • Knowledge and use of ticketing systems
