  • Helps Customers to define the best business strategies for CRM and Analytics
  • Dialogues proactively with customers, offering them the added value of Trueblue services and solutions
  • Guides customers through the necessary change management phases where needed
  • Support all the pre-sales phases on customers and related on-boarding
  • In-depth knowledge of the company's products & services and clear and effective proposition to the customer
  • Input into business development opportunities and proposals
  • Ability to work in team, manage planning and respect deadlines and milestones


  • Understand and map client business processes
  • Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels within the commercial organization
  • Solve client’s business and tech challenges
  • Functional and technical Assessments on customers
  • Conducting Co-creation workshops
  • Definition of Service Blueprint that reflects customer business needs
  • Drafting of functional analyses
  • Design and implementation of Omnichannel strategies for Customer Engagement
  • Statement of work analysis contribution (SOW)
  • Mediation between customers and internal company departments.
  • Pre-sales activities on customers


  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
  • Advisory and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relational skills (client facing and internal)
  • Confidence in organizing and presenting workshops and meetings
  • Willingness to work in cross-functional teams in complex engagements, delivering high-quality outcomes in short timeframes
  • Flexibility and proactivity
  • Desire to learn and progress in a fast-paced team that is growing rapidly
  • Professional Knowledge of the English language
  • Experience in business consulting firm, in-house Consulting or Internal Strategy/Marketing role will be considered as a plus
  • Availability to travel in Italy and abroad if required


  • Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
  • Business-Technical background, with experience in CRM, AI and BI (desired)
  • Familiarity with the areas of Data Modeling and Data Integration will be considered as a plus
  • Analytical and database knowledge as a plus
