Customer Support Specialist

The position of Customer Support Specialist includes analysis, maintenance and support&consulting activities specifically related to the customer's operations and the software solutions provided by the company. Skills include autonomous work organisation in line with priorities and orientation towards individual and team results.

Tasks and responsibilities

The candidate will work in the Development Team with the following main tasks:

  • Development of predictive models
  • Dashboard creation (Power BI)

Personal and professional requirements

  • Informatics diploma/degree or equivalent certifications
  • At least one-year experience in this position
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Ready to work in a team
  • Flexibility and Proactivity

Technical skills

  • Good knowledge of Python
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms:
    • Predictive: Classification and Regression
    • Analysis of the challenge of extracting consistent features for predictive models
    • Clustering
    • Base knowledge of at least one of the following frameworks: Sklearn, Keras/Tensorflow or Pytorch
  • Knowledge of SQL database languages
  • Knowledge of Deep learning is a plus
